    Since 1990, I have been the owner and founder of Tay-Corp Properties located in Muncie, Indiana. I founded Tay-Corp properties in 1990 to provide affordable, quality housing to Ball State University students and first-time homeowners. I began purchasing properties near Ball State University in 1987 that were older homes needing updating and improvements to become more modern and comfortable for Muncie residents. As a former Ball State University student, I lived in off-campus housing that was very outdated and lacked basic conveniences even for homes in the 1980s. Starting with a purchase of a duplex home on South Adams Street in Muncie that I purchased from my landlord, I was successful in completing the remodeling of the two apartments and began leasing to Ball State University students in 1987. I continued my plan of purchasing homes near the university with the inspiration that I can improve and make homes more comfortable and modern for Ball State students. As I continued to add additional properties, I founded the company Tay Corp properties in 1990. In 1997, I continued purchasing homes and also expanded further by providing homes for first-time buyers (for sale or lease). Recognizing a similar need in the commercial property market, In 1997 I purchased a professional office building located at 610 South Tillotson ave. I continued the same model of making improvements in a modern and professional aspect to office spaces and began leasing class C commercial office spaces serving North Muncie South Tillotson area. Continuing over the years, I have added additional residential and commercial properties for lease/ sale in the Muncie, Anderson, and Lafayette markets.
